All eyes are on this renovated home in one of Adelaide’s outer northeastern suburbs.

The two-storey Golden Grove property at 15 Chisholm Court was the most viewed residential listing on realestate.com.au across South Australia in the past week – by a landslide.

It was also the third most viewed across the country.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom modernised home is listed with a $619,00 to -$659,000 price guide.

Harcourts Sergeant agent Paul Whitney, who is selling the property with Aaron Hart, said it was so popular they have had to turn down requests for private inspections to ensure all interested househunters have an equal chance to see it.

He was expecting the first open home on Saturday to be well attended.

“The phone’s being going off the hook,” he said.

“It’s a beautiful property with a really nice backdrop and it’s just in that perfect price bracket before they get a little bit too expensive.”

The house, which property records show was built in 1991, is on a 620sqm sloping block.

Its main living areas are on the ground floor, while all four bedrooms, including the master with an ensuite, and a shared bathroom are upstairs.

A large outdoor entertainment area in the property’s backyard offers panoramic views that stretch as far as the hills, and there is enough space to park four cars comfortably.

Mr Whitney said the owners bought the property in 2018 and had completely transformed it.

“The owners did a full renovation – they bought it as a first home and got stuck straight into it,” he said.
