Producing sounds reminiscent of early electronica and Kraftwerk, this versatile vocoder modulates your voice using four CV controlled parameters. It can shift the pitch of your voice over 7 octaves – create intergalatic effects by modulating the chip’s clock speed, and toggle the vibrato in either a pitch or robot mode.
These parameters are controlled using either CV input or the associated knobs and buttons, meaning there are many ways to get this module singing. ROBOTO can even create some incredible sounds when used without vocals; get experimental! By plugging it into other elements of your modular synth, you can create outstanding pitch-modulated and effected sounds for your compositions.
