To All You Lovely Friends

We have been on the hunt for things to do this holiday season and one of our favorite family activities has just been driving around looking at lights in different neighborhoods.

Betsy found this wild thing outside of Denver where the Bandimere Speedway completely decked out their course with lights and you can drive through while listening to pre-programmed music.

To be honest, I thought it was going to be cheesy and terrible, but it ended up being cheesy and AWESOME.

I filmed a little clip of my daughter’s absolute AWE of the whole thing. The kids were allowed to poke the head out the top of the car and then my daughter says looks right at the camera and says, Merry Christmas to All You Lovely Friends Out There!”

Don’t @ me on the safety of this. We were going one mile per hour.

I have no idea where she learned that phrase. But it seems right.
