Slytherin Common Room in Hogwarts: Legacy
During the “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” movie, we do get a brief glimpse of the Slytherin common room but we don’t get to see much of it. Well, that all changes now that we have Hogwarts: Legacy because we can explore the common room at our leisure.
I absolutely love that fireplace in the common room. I can see myself reading in front of that fireplace. Since the common room is located under the lake, you get to see into the lake through a couple of “windows” of sorts……that would probably be nice to watch. I imagine this would be a cool common room to be in when it’s warm outside because it’s underground and not in the direct path of the sun.
The Slytherin common room kind of reminds me of Malfoy Manor with it’s feel and architecture. It feels like it’s kind of dark and brooding……..kind of the opposite of the feel in the Hufflepuff common room. But like the Hufflepuff common room, there’s not that many stairs to have to contend with. There is a single staircase leading to the seventh year dormitory (or what I believe is the seventh year dormitory). I don’t like a lot of stairs since I’m already going to be walking up and down stairs all day going to classes.
