See Scott Eastwood Succeed Henry Cavill As Superman In New Image
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s Scott Eastwood as Superman!
A new image sees Scott Eastwood replacing Justice League star Henry Cavill as Superman, complete with a redesigned suit.
Although Henry Cavill has previously spoken out on the rumors that he’s left the Superman role behind, it’s still not 100% clear if the star will return to the cape and tights for a future outing as the Man of Steel. However, a new image sees Suicide Squad and Fast & Furious 8 star Scott Eastwood picking up the mantle in a vastly redesigned costume intended for a brand new DC universe.
The incredibly detailed Scott Eastwood Superman design comes from ‘barrett.digital’ on Instagram, picturing what a Superman costume in Matt Reeves’ The Batman universe might look like. Set photos from the Robert Pattinson film seemingly suggested that Superman exists in that reality, but it’ll be interesting to see whether there’s any actual reference to the hero when the film arrives next year. Scott Eastwood’s suit uses plenty of extra lines and differently toned fabrics to make the Superman costume stand out from previous outfits. Take a look at the star replacing Henry Cavill in the image below.
What do you make of the Scott Eastwood design? Would you want to see this version of Superman in The Batman universe? Who else could replace Henry Cavill? Sound-off in the comments below!
