‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Diva Teresa Giudice Cuts Price of NJ Mansion
It’s more real estate drama for the quick-tempered star of “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Teresa Giudice. She’s slashed the price of her mansion in Montville, NJ, to try to entice a buyer.
The longtime cast member initially placed her posh property on the market last fall for $2.5 million. It’s now back on the market for a little under $2.25 million.

She and her former husband, Joe Giudice, purchased the property in 2002 for $530,000 and then proceeded to build their dream home together. Their lavish showpiece was completed in 2008.
The spread measures 10,000 square feet, with six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. As reality TV fans know, the star’s swanky spot often served as a backdrop for the popular show.
The couple also spent time away from the home when they pleaded guilty to multiple federal fraud charges in March 2014. Teresa spent 11 months behind bars. Joe served his prison sentence after Teresa, and got out of jail in March 2019. But because Joe wasn’t an American citizen, he was deported to Italy after serving his time.
Now that the couple have split up, they’re looking forward to moving on from this home with so much history.
For potential buyers who want to know what it’s like to live there, look no farther than Giudice’s Instagram account, which showcases the social media influencer’s life at home. She often gives shout-outs to products she’s promoting in the kitchen.
She also recently posted shots of her home’s holiday decor.
Set on 3.7 acres, the stone and stucco build opens to an opulent entry, with black marble floors, a Cinderella staircase, and glitzy chandelier.
Giudice is also a bestselling author of cookbooks, and the main level includes her infamous chef’s kitchen with its center island, the site of many dishy scenes with the “Housewives.” It’s the perfect place to spill the tea, and includes stainless-steel appliances and a butler’s pantry.

So, will the price cut clinch a sale? Perhaps the saga of this home continues into the upcoming season of the show. Stay tuned.
