The tropical-themed outdoor space has been a big drawcard for guests staying at the B&B-style accommodation the couple have operated at their three-bedroom house at 3 Blyth St, Bell Park.
Barry Plant, Geelong listing agent Chari Emirzade said the garden was an unexpected delight that offered something for everyone.
As well as the synthetic turf putting green, there’s a Balinese hut, fire pit, two towering palm trees and bamboo water features.
Mr Tait said everyone who walked through the gate was amazed to discover the colourful yard.
And most visitors jumped the chance to perfect their short golf game.

Two decks off the renovated rear bedroom and retreat at the rear are the perfect place to soak up the atmosphere.
The house, on the market for $680,000-$730,000, also had an updated open-plan kitchen and living area, two further bedrooms and two bathrooms.
