Jaw-dropping $191 million LA party mansion comes with own nightclub and 50,000-crystal chandelier

A 12-bedroom, 18-bathroom party estate in Bel Air is making waves with its huge price tag — while turning heads with its especially wild amenities.

Listed at a whopping $190 million (US$139m), this slick property took more than five years to build.

Named “La Fin,” the home rises high above Bel Air and is “designed for entertaining at a scale comparable to the best hotels in the world”, according to the listing.

Aside from the massive property, which is situated on more than 8,000 sqm of land, the home comes with a detached penthouse, caretaker residences, security command centre and a drive-on motor court.

Boasting unobstructed panoramic city views, the mansion features perks that include: a 7m-high outdoor LED screen, multiple bars with light-up swings, a subzero vodka tasting room with fur jackets available for cold tasters.

There is also a private wine room with a custom Murano glass art installation, a home theatre with imported Belgian leather motorised seating, and a six-car, display-ready rotating auto elevator that can be viewed while sipping a cocktail at one of the bars.

Elsewhere there is a separately ventilated cigar room with a humidor, a full-scale fitness centre with a rock-climbing wall and full catering facilities.

And if that wasn’t enough to entertain your mates, there is a huge 560 sqm nightclub inside the home too with high-end sound system. Last but not least, a humungous 13m chandelier with 50,000 crystals hangs from the ceiling.

Pegged as an “architectural masterpiece,” the house was constructed out of “rare and decadent materials sourced from Europe, Italy, and around the world,” according to the listing.

The entrance leads to a grand entertainment room with 7m-high ceilings.

The primary bathroom has 24 slabs of book-matched Calacatta gold marble, a 10 sqm shower, a floating marble vanity and showroom-style his and her walk-in wardrobes — all centred around a soaking tub cut from a single marble stone.

Local doctor-turned-real estate investor Joseph Englanoff purchased the empty plot of land back in 2014 for $5 million.

Englanoff, was also involved in the creation of the highly publicised Bel Air mansion, The One, which is currently on sale for $410 million (US$295m).

Bel Air has long been the neighbourhood of choice for big celebrities and successful industry moguls such as Jennifer Aniston, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Ronald Reagan, Elizabeth Taylor and The Weeknd.
