It’s too soon for the Fed to announce a tapering in September, says economist

Carl Tannenbaum of Northern Trust says more improvement needs to seen on the U.S. jobs front, but thinks the Federal Reserve will “certainly” announce that it will scale back its asset purchasing program before the end of the year.
