Investors are shifting from public to private markets this year, says Nuveen

Simon England-Brammer of Nuveen says despite a significant shift by institutional investors from private asset classes to public in 2020, he believes this trend has been reversed in 2021. He says, however, investors still find it challenging to put money in areas like real estate and infrastructure because they can’t conduct due diligence.
