Inaugural Bachelorette winner’s $3m home hopes fade

Reality television star Sasha Mielczarek’s Southern Highlands home is up for sale.


Inaugural Bachelorette winner builder Sasha Mielczarek has revised his Bowral residential project price expectations to $2.9 million.

The striking near all-white property comprising two residences had initially come with $3.2 million hopes through Sarah Burke at DiJones in January.

Mielczarek paid $1.315 million for the rundown 1890s cottage on its 919sq m Merrigang St holding with mum Kym in 2020.
