Owner-occupiers are expected to be among the leading bidders for Hutt St landmark Trevallyn House when it goes under the hammer later this month.
The Queen Anne return verandah sandstone villa, built around 1900, is currently used as offices with a semi-detached residential apartment accessed via a lift and with a secure car park.
The site spans 499sq m, with an internal floor area of 472sq m across two levels. It is partly leased.
