Hot demand for Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic’s holiday home

The home at Seaview Terrace in Sunshine Beach is designed to make the most of the views.

Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic’s beautiful Noosa holiday home is set to draw hot interest in a street where millionaires, politicians, and some of the nation’s most successful businesspeople go to unwind.

All indications, given the strength of the Sunshine Beach market, are that the TV show host and his businesswoman wife will be fielding offers before the home gets to the auction block.

Their real estate agent Michael McComas of Tom Offermann Real Estate Noosa Heads has set the property on track for a 1pm auction on Thursday March 24 but he has not ruled out offers ahead of time.

The Stefanovics paid $3.6m for the property in January 2020, according to CoreLogic.

Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic have not been able to use their holiday home often enough to justify keeping it.

The home was recently renovated.

The five bedroom, five bathroom holiday home was built on a 506sq m block in one of Noosa’s most well-known streets, Seaview Terrace.

The house itself is a massive 544sq m with a 7.8m heated pool designed to the side, joining the home’s main living zone.

The couple renovated the property extensively recently, with Mrs Stefanovic’s sister Jade Yarbrough doing the design work. The renovation was completed by Concepts Unlimited with construction led by Andrew Spencer.

The home was reworked to allow for large family gatherings with a bedding configuration that included a king bed in the master, another room with a king and two long singles, a king in the third bedroom, queen in the fourth and the fifth being a retreat with two sets of king single bunks.

The kitchen is galley style with a 4m island bench and Nespresso machine and “all the bells and whistles even a celebrity chef such as Jamie Oliver would love”.

The Stefanovics are willing to negotiate on throwing in the total fit-out including designer furniture, accessories, artwork and homewares.

The home is just a short walk down to the beach.

The home is close to a walkway to a dog friendly beach located 200m away, with patrolled beaches nearby as well as a walk through the Noosa National Park.

“For those seeking a private, safe, secure and unrivalled lifestyle, this stunningly beautiful seaside escape, which is awash with views and is in one of the most revered streets in Sunshine Beach, simply has it all,” was how Mr McComas described it.
