Meghan Forte: How would you describe your role at Real Stately Events?

Holland Parsons: I am the President of Real Stately Events and lead the company’s vision of merging real estate and event production and secure partnerships to showcase real estate ventures.

In the coming year, my primary focus is to successfully execute a spectacular open house event for my close friend’s $29+ million listing listed by Nick Taplett with Sutter and Nugent. This grand affair will feature a captivating runway show by Palm Beach Models and an exhilarating live auction, creating an unforgettable experience for potential buyers and industry influencers. Beyond this flagship event, I aim to expand Real Stately’s reach within the Florida luxury real estate market, securing partnerships with top developers and agents. I’ll also curate a portfolio of exclusive venues and vendors, further solidifying our position as the go-to for high-end real estate events.

Meghan Forte: What have you learned about the importance of people skills, while working in the event planning and real estate industry?

Holland Parsons: Working in event planning and real estate has underscored the vital role of people skills. Building strong relationships, understanding client needs, effective communication, and adaptability are key to success. I’ve learned to actively listen, articulate clearly, and manage expectations while maintaining a positive attitude!

Meghan Forte: How has studying at Clemson’s Event and Tourism Management program prepared your role at Real Stately?
