An incredible Elwood Arts and Crafts mansion that packs it all comes with price hopes that would almost double the seaside inner ‘burb’s price record.
Celebrity buyer’s advocate Frank Valentic’s family home at 20 Normandy Road raised the Elwood house price benchmark $200,000 to $6.8m in July last year.
But the waterfront ‘FONTAINEBLEAU’, at 31 Ormond Esplanade, is set to blow that out of the park and could almost double it with a sale anywhere near its mammoth $12.5m price tag.
