This fish sinigang recipe, like other sinigang recipes, is a hodgepodge of different vegetables in a sour soup base. How to cook this fish sinigang recipe

The first step in your fish sinigang recipe is to heat cooking oil in a cooking pot. Sauté your onions, garlic, and ginger, and add your salmon head once the onion softens.

Pour in cups of water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add your Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc with Miso and daikon radish. 

Cover and continue to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes before adding the rest of your vegetables, except your mustard leaves. 

For 5 minutes more, allow the veggies and fish in your fish sinigang recipe to cook.

Season with ground black pepper and patis to taste, then add your mustard leaves. Cook for about 2 minutes — and that’s it! Would you believe that your fish sinigang recipe is ready for serving?

  • Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger.

  • Add the salmon once the onion softens. Pour the water and let it boil.

  • Add Knorr sinigang sa Sampaloc with Miso and daikon radish. Cover and continue cooking in low heat for 5 minutes.

  • Add okra, long green pepper, and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.

  • Season with ground black pepper and fish sauce.

  • Add the mustard leaves. Cook for 2 minutes.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot.
