Fantasy Authors You Should Read

Here are some fantasy authors you should be following/reading if you’re looking for something different than what I’ve already provided….

Frank Beddor = This author wrote “The Looking Glass Wars” trilogy, which boarders on fantasy and science fiction in my opinion. It’s been a while since I’ve read these books but I remember liking them.

Charlie Fletcher = This author wrote the “Stoneheart” trilogy, which is a probably from the fantasy genre. This is probably one of my favorite trilogies to date and I remember thinking the author had written some more.

Joseph Delaney = This author wrote the “Wardstone” chronicles, which is probably a horror/fantasy series of 13 books. I read this series a few years ago and I’ve enjoyed it. The series follows Tom Ward as he goes through his apprenticeship to the local spook.

C. S. Lewis = This author wrote the “Chronicles of Narnia” series as well as the “Space” trilogy. I’ve read the Chronicles of Narnia a few years ago and loved it. I have the Space trilogy but have not read it yet.

Michelle Paver = This author wrote the “Chronicles of Ancient Darkness” series. It’s a historical fantasy series revolving Torak who strikes out on his own when his father passes away but he soon finds friends to help him on his journey.

Christopher Paolini = This author wrote the “Inheritance” cycle. If you love a good fantasy series involving dragons, you might want to follow this author.
