Extreme has closed acquisition of Infovista’s Ipanema SD-WAN business

We are excited to announce the closing of our acquisition of Ipanema, the cloud-native enterprise SD-WAN business unit of Infovista.  This deal brings a talented team and a rich technology platform that accelerates our  strategy to deliver new cloud-driven software services to support our enterprise customers. These new cloud-managed SD-WAN and security offerings will allow us to further reduce the complexity of operating and managing increasingly distributed networks. By adding these to the ExtremeCloud portfolio, we’ll increase flexibility, capability, and security when connecting locations, applications, and devices, providing the best possible experience to you and to your end users wherever you may be in your journey toward the Infinite Enterprise.
