Disneyland Cancels Annual Pass
It’s a sad day for Disney fans. The sun has set on the happiest place on earth as Disneyland cancels annual pass program.
Closed for 10 months and without a reopening date, Disneyland has ended its almost forty year annual passport program.
The cancellation affects all Disneyland annual passholders, including Disney Premier passholders.

Disneyland Annual Pass discounts at select Downtown Disney restaurants and stores are valid until Disneyland creates new membership options.
Yep, they’re going to revamp the annual passport program again.
Pro-tip: You have to get all food and drinks from Downtown Disney restaurants and eateries to go.
In addition to annual passholder discounts, you get an extra 30% off select merchandise at select Downtown Disney locations from January 18 through February 25, 2021.
Disney Premier Passholders can use your pass for free admission to Walt Disney World and get V.I.PASSHOLDER perks through March 31, 2021.
Pro-tip: Due to current park restrictions on attendance, a Disney Park Pass reservation is required.
If you’re a Disney Premier Passholders you can change your Disneyland annual pass into a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass as long as you do it by April 30, 2021.

Several friends of mine have Disneyland annual passes and they aren’t happy. Most are sad but some are mad.
The option to convert a Premier Pass to a Walt Disney World Annual Pass sounds great but logistically it’s not.
If you’re based on the West Coast there’s considerably more expense to get to Orlando. Especially for a family of four. I’m curious to know how many California Disney Premier Passholders are going to take Disney up on the offer and change their passes.
