Darkseid Gets Full Armor For Zack Snyder’s ‘Justice League’ In New Pic

Uxsas transforms into Darkseid by sporting his traditional armor in a concept design for Zack Snyder’s Justice League cut.

Besides his brief appearances on TV, Darkseid’s cinematic presence has been largely absent. However, Zack Snyder’s Justice League will put an end to that by giving fans a full realization of one of DC’s most formidable villains. We know a young Uxsas will be present during the film’s History Lesson sequence, but not much else is known about his role beyond that.

Darkseid’s look in Zack Snyder’s Justice League was revealed in the cut’s first trailer, and recently, merchandise offered an even better look at the villain’s armor. On Instagram, fan art from Mizuri imagines a different look for Darkseid, complete with his armor based on what we’ve seen of the Snyder Cut design so far. You can take a look at the menacing Darkseid art below.

Here is the official synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.
