Cook with me LIVE
I’m very excited (and slightly nervous) to announce I’m partnering with Chefstreams to do a LIVE cooking event in a few weeks! WOOHOO!
I will be streaming the event from my home kitchen and cooking a multi-course Italian meal featuring some of my favorite recipes and LOADS of fun kitchen techniques.
I would be absolutely thrilled to see some Macheesmo readers in the virtual crowd, cooking along with me! And YES the goal of the stream is that YOU cook with me. We make the dishes together in real time and then at the end you have a beautiful meal to enjoy!
When is the event?
The stream will start on Sunday May 16th at 6pm ET.
What does my ticket get me?
In addition to getting access to the live event featuring multi-camera angles so you can easily follow along and ask questions, you’ll receive a complete grocery list, a companion Recipe Book (with detailed step-by-step cooking instructions and kitchen equipment needed to cook each dish), and unlimited viewing access to the recording of the event after its completion!
What will the yield be?
2 servings of each dish although the recipes we will be making are easily doubled.
How long does this event take?
I will aim for 1hr 30min from start to finish, however that depends on the number of questions attendees have. The cooking portion of the event should be an hour maximum, depending on how many negronis I’ve had.
