Sometimes we’re looking for that little extra kick of something special to go with plain fruit, which is where marshmallow fruit dip comes in. Not only does it taste amazing, it also makes your snack of fresh fruit a bit more filling to get you through the day. 

  • Cream Cheese Substitutions: 

    There really is only one good substitution for cream cheese in this recipe, and that is mascarpone. Feel free to substitute with this if needed 1:1.

Ingredients
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  • In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together marshmallow creme, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until well combined and creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite fruits or store covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Popular fruits for dipping include strawberries, grapes, pineapple, blueberries, kiwis, bananas, raspberries, mandarin slices, cantaloupe, and apples.
