The sprawling residence at 43 Smith Road has hit the market and it comes with a commercial-grade heated pool that is currently open to the public for swimming lessons.

“The owners have done an extensive amount of upgrades because the lady of the house is a swimming instructor,” he said.
“She’s been running a program called We Swim for the area.
“She saw a niche in the market and basically didn’t spare any money to put together a commercial-grade swimming pool.”
He said the Ceduna Area School pool was the only other one in the area open to the public.
“It’s a very different property that has a business component to it,” he said.
The new owners could continue to use the pool for public swimming lessons and classes or keep it for personal use, Mr Eramiha said.

The property has a 3980sqm footprint and includes the house, pool and a large shed with an adjoining fifth bedroom.
So far Mr Eramiha said the property had attracted good interest, with large families attracted to the modernised house’s size and professionals keen to tap into the business side of it.
It is listed without a price tag and best offers for the property will be accepted until March 30.
