Books to read for fall….
I’ve decided to comprise a list of books that would be good to read this fall, if you’re looking for a good one. The are all books that I’ve read and have enjoyed. Let me know in the comments below if you read any of them and if you liked them.
After the passing of his grandfather, a young man embarks on a series of quests, along with a talking cat, to “save books”.
The Bantrys wake one morning to find the body of a young woman in their library and invite Miss Marple to solve the mystery.
1938: Nancy Mitford finds respite from the war (and an unfaithful husband) in a bookshop in Mayfair. Present Day: After the passing of her mother, Lucy St. Clair takes a job working at the same bookshop and finds out her life may be intertwined with Nancy’s.
On her way to stay with family after the loss of her mother, Audrey ends up spending the night at Hotel Ruby but not everything is as it seems.
Katherine Bateson and her siblings have been sent to Castle Rookskill to escape the London Blitz but not everything is as it seems (good book to read with your kids).
This mystery series follows Mordecai Tremaine, a retired tobacco shop owner and amateur sleuth, as he helps solve a different murder mystery in each book (beginning with the one shown).
