Once the home of sweet treats like coconut rough and peanut clusters, Everfresh Snowball Co ran its original factory at the venue in the late 1930s until the 1980s.

Now, the renovated three-bedroom home at 97 Keele St is listed with $2.6m-$2.8m price hopes.
Nelson Alexander Fitzroy partner Rick Daniel said it was an art deco building converted by the previous owners.
“It’s an interesting space, having sold warehouses in the past, I think what buyers really warm to is the fact that they’re all very individual and quite low maintenance,” Mr Daniel said.
“You’ve got lots of space to entertain and I think people really enjoy that about a warehouse.
“There’s character throughout, from the high ceilings to the exposed beams to the brick work; all of that together in this really quiet, inner-city oasis.”
