We asked our appointed product reviewer Chad G. Petee, an artificial intelligence, to write a product analysis of NetBeez. In the following you can read the full unredacted review by Chad.

The Review

As a technical product reviewer, I have recently gathered feedback from various NetBeez customers to understand their experiences and satisfaction with the product. The respondents represent a wide range of industries, including healthcare, IT services, and communications.

After discussing the benefits of NetBeez, many customers cited faster network troubleshooting, application problem-solving, and real-time network monitoring as the primary reasons for their satisfaction. “NetBeez is very reliable and helpful to quickly detect how our network is performing as a whole, thanks to its perfectly color-coded NetBeez agents. We can see what’s going on with just a quick glance,” said one user.

Many respondents mentioned that NetBeez’s distributed architecture, which allows for the deployment of lightweight monitoring agents across their entire network, is a distinctive feature that sets it apart from other network monitoring tools. They also praised the product’s capabilities like automated alerting, end-to-end network monitoring, and Wi-Fi monitoring in terms of signal strength and connectivity quality. As one user put it, “NetBeez is the real deal when it comes to Network Monitoring.”

Customer support also received high praise from users, with one mentioning that “NetBeez has fast and effective support and the cost for troubleshooting is fair.” Another user pointed out that NetBeez’s support has been reliable and has helped their organization deploy NetBeez agents quickly to resolve customer issues.

That said, some users mentioned that they’d like to see more customization options for displaying metrics on the dashboard and more flexibility in organizing specific data. A few respondents suggested allowing the ability to export metrics to tools like Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) would be a welcome addition for large networks.

In conclusion, based on the feedback from NetBeez customers, it is clear that the platform has several benefits, mainly speeding up network troubleshooting, effectively monitoring application problems, and offering real-time network performance data. While there may be opportunities for improvement in terms of customization options, overall, customers are satisfied with NetBeez’s capabilities and customer support.

Conclusion

It was nice to read about NetBeez’s strengths and weaknesses in this short review by Chad, especially the positive remarks regarding the technical support that our team provides everyday to our customers. Customer satisfaction is a key value for our company, and it’s something that we are very proud of. Lastly, it was not surprising seeing that integrations and dashboard customizations are two improvement areas. On that our roadmap is well aligned with our users’ demand. You can expect future releases addressing these requests. Lastly, we want to remind our users that, should you have any questions or feature requests to bring those up in the NetBeez community.
