Imagine being able to snap up three beachside units for the price of an Adelaide house.

It might sound too good to be true but a Yorke Peninsula property in Edithburgh is offering exactly that.

The three neighbouring units at 7 Henry Street, which share the same roof but are on three separate titles, have hit the market with a $499,000 price tag.

According to latest realestate.com.au data, the median house price in Adelaide is $500,000, while the median unit price is $340,000.

Selling agent Davin Poulter, of Davin Real Estate, said the owners bought all three units together in 2001 and had been using them as holiday accommodation for family.

While the owners would consider selling the units individually, Mr Poulter said they preferred to offload them as a package deal.

“We’ve had one offer for one only but the owners don’t want to sell them individually,” he said.

“We’ve got quite a lot of interest because it’s only five doors from the beach and you can see the sea from it.”

Each of the units have three bedrooms, one bathroom and an open kitchen, living and dining are, while two have double parking bays and the other has one.

They are positioned in the heart of the coastal town, between the Edithburgh tidal pool and jetty.

Mr Poulter said it was an ideal investment offering several opportunities, including renting two out and using the other as a holiday home.

“The owners are looking at throwing in 80 to 90 per cent of the furniture as well,” he said.
