17 Prospect Street, Waverley, has a $3m price guide ahead of September 14 virtual auction.

An Olympian has listed his Waverley terrace with ocean views and a cubby house, just as buyer hunger ramps up for spring.

Craig Davies, who had a national and international hockey career between 1977 and 1992 including the Los Angeles and Seoul Olympics, and his wife, Jennifer, are selling their three-bedroom terrace at 17 Prospect Street.

The Agency’s Bethwyn Richards has a $3m price guide for a September 14 virtual auction.

“Buyers are out in force,” Richards says. “Days on market are very short, with properties up for auction selling beforehand which reinforces the hunger people have to secure homes.”
