In order to train women prenatal fitness, you need to remind them of these things:
- Lightly connect from the pelvic floor and give your baby a gentle hug from underneath the belly to grow tall.
- Bring awareness to your posture as you sit and stand throughout the day.
- Relax your shoulders and take slow deep breaths.
