Dotti fashion group manager Deanna Moylan lists renovated South Yarra family home

The family home of Dotti fashion brand head Deanna Moylan at 24 Moore St, South Yarra, has hit the market.

The stylish South Yarra pad of Dotti group general manager Deanna Moylan is up for grabs.

Ms Moylan heads the Just Group’s Dotti clothing brand, which produces fast fashion aimed at young women and teens living in Australia and New Zealand.

Her extensively-renovated four-bedroom abode at 24 Moore St hit the market on July 7 with a $2.95m-$3.2m price tag.

The vendors spared no expense updating the fashion-forward pad.

Light-filled open-plan living and cosy fireplaces are drawcards.

The Victorian-style home has attracted intense interest from prospective buyers since hitting realestate.com.au, and Marshall White agent Fiona Ansell-Jones said she expected it wouldn’t take long for the property to sell given the shortage of housing stock of similar calibre on the market.

Ms Moylan has been the group general manager of Dotti since 2018.

Dotti is owned by the Just Group and specialises in fast fashion for women and teens.

“They’ve only recently renovated, they’ve pushed out and gone up and they’ve included everything a family would need,” Ms Ansell-Jones said.

“They’ve added two bedrooms, a retreat and a bathroom upstairs, so it’s perfect for children of any age, young or old or teenagers.

Ms Moylan’s home is due to go to auction on July 31.

“It’s a family lifestyle but in a brilliant urban location … it’s got a good sense of space and a really good flow.”

Behind the double-fronted period facade and black steel-framed doors lies a modern kitchen with stone benches, twin Bosch ovens and a butler’s pantry.

Marshall White agent Fiona Ansell-Jones said it had brand new bathrooms.

The open-plan living and dining area leads out to a bluestone paved courtyard with a pergola draped in vines and a built-in barbecue.

The main bedroom has separate walk-in and built-in robes as well as an ensuite, and there’s also a home office, two marble open fireplaces and off-street parking for one car.

Every inch of the property has had a modern makeover.

Ms Ansell-Jones said the residence would suit a variety of buyer pools including professional couples, families or downsizers, meaning demand for the keys was likely to be strong.

Renovations were completed only recently by the vendors.

She said the vendor was selling with a “heavy heart” to move closer to family.

Ms Moylan has held a number of senior retail positions over the past decade including as the creative and product director for T2 Tea.

The bluestone courtyard is perfect for barbecues.

Before that she headed the Jay Jays brand and the Women’s Youth business at Myer.

She rejoined the Just Group in 2018.

Her home is due to go to auction on July 31 at 11.30am.
