Phillips told the Wentworth Courier exclusively this afternoon that it’s sold for $3.7m, with the purchaser a Clovelly investor.
He’d had six buyers keen, with the deal done following a series of offers.
Cummins, 27, and fiance Becky Boston are moving to Bronte’s Figtree House, which he bought for circa $9.5m through Phillips on March 15.

While their new five-bedroom home, sold by Indigo Cafe’s Anthony Moustacas, is an impressive step up for the couple, the Clovelly apartment’s pretty special, too.
The world’s No. bowler had owned it since 2013, when he’d paid $1,362,500 shortly before he turned 20.
But the before and after pictures show the apartment, on the top of a 1990s block of four and with a 120 sqm rooftop terrace with ocean views, has been considerably upgraded during his tenure.
A year after he’d purchased it he added decking, the automated vergola and outdoor entertainment area with built-in barbecue. There’s even an outdoor shower.
The interiors have also been transformed. The Caesarstone kitchen, with breakfast island bench, has a Smeg gas cooktop and double ovens, custom joinery and an integrated wine fridge.
The living and dining area flows to the terrace.
The lower level has its three bedrooms, a home office and two bathrooms.
The apartment comes with a double garage, plus visitor parking.
