Interior designer Charlotte O’Neil has sold in ­Paddington.

The Underwood St sale comes ahead of the completion of the intended Vaucluse clifftop abode for the designer and her property dev­eloper husband, Denis O’Neil.

The Paddington offering was snapped up ahead of next week’s scheduled auction having been listed with $5 million plus hopes.

It was marketed as “expertly redesigned from the ground up by design duo ­Charlotte & Poppy O’Neil of Poco Designs.”
