Mr Hall-Sullivan said the changing face of employment in Geelong, particularly in the health and government sectors, has increased demand for lifestyle properties in the area, that’s six minutes from Bells Beach.

“A lot of people are finding how good a lifestyle it is,” he said.

“Having the primary school up the road, we are getting a lot of younger families moving in the area.

“You’re only realistically 20 minutes to Epworth and Deakin, so you’ve actually got a lot of people working in the university system and the health area at Epworth.”

Mr Hall-Sullivan said a lot of surgeons and doctors who work at Epworth now that live down in the area.

“Because Geelong is moving into a health and government town, you are getting a lot of professional families moving away from Melbourne to live down here.”
